What dontapplyai can and can't do
dontapplyai slows AI tools down and makes them much less useful during an interview. It also helps you notice signs that a candidate might be using AI. Your control window lists the decoy questions, so you can tell when an answer fits one, and with the link it tells you when they switch to another tab or window. Mark a long pause or an answer to a decoy when you notice it.
It can't stop everything. A candidate could still type a question out by hand or photograph the screen, though both take time and usually cause a noticeable pause.
Nothing dontapplyai shows you proves that a candidate cheated. Treat it as a reason to ask more questions, and talk with your candidate before you draw any conclusions.
We don't record video or audio, transcribe calls or score candidates.
